In the year 2018, an Idea came, we found something unique in a dry fallen leaf. It was being used as a disposable plate but we saw more in it than that. With the help of local farmers, we collected the dry fallen leaves and softened them with natural oils and had local crafts people turn them into beautiful soft ecological sandals, Palmleather
These disposable plates are made of palm leaves which have naturally fallen from the tree. This means the Areca palm plates are made while never harming the tree! The Areca plates are made of palm leaves in the naturally ancient way by pressing the leaves with heated metal moulds. No other artificial additives. This makes them 100% natural plates!! They can be stored easily and are light weight to use.They are strong enough to be used even in microwave's or oven's. They are odorless and tasteless and so do not affect the taste and flavor of the food items.
These dry Areca Leaf Sheaths are soaked in water and throughly cleaned using brushes to eliminate the sand.
These leaves are then pressed in the moulds of various sizes and attractive designs. We utilize
state of the art processing
machines, ensuring precise cut and shape of each design mould.
Our products can be custimized to the requirement in different sizes from 2.5 Inches to
12 Inches.
These plates are then packed with polythene sheets and bundled according to customer delivery
requirements.
We ensure utmost care to protect the product till it reaches the final customer.
