Quality Checks
We are much concerned about product quality. The products are made in the most hygienic way from selected areca leafs from
fallen dry sheath of areca nut trees with stringent Quality Checks at every process level, without compromise.
Every unit passess through rigerous quality checks. Our products meet International Quality Standards through best manufactiring process,
trained and skilled operational personnel and dedicated quality assurance system.
Quality In-Process
The Quality of the product is monitored throughout the entire process and ensured that only good products are passed through the final stages and reach the customer.
Microbiological testing
These tests are carried out in order to access the presence of fungus, E.Coli and assessment of plate count.
The results show the Areca leaf products have no presence of E.Coli and clean from any other micro-organisms and safe for food contact.
Presence of heavy metals testing
These tests are carried out in ordre to find the presence of metals like Iron, Lead, Copper, Zinc and Aluminium Phosphate.
The resuls show the heavy metal presence is below detectable level and safe for food contact.
Biodegradability and Compostability testing
The Areca leaf products passes the biodegradability and compostability testing, which proves the Areca leaf product is completely biodegradable and Compostable in nature.
